Hi, my phone bill was due last week but I had a shocker of a month so couldn'6t afford it (my fault I know). I contacted o2 in plenty of time to let them know, said I could pay by the 12th Oct, and could they possibly not restrict my service by then as I need my phone quite urgently. They said this was absolutely fine and that my services would remain active as long as I paid in full by the 12th Oct.
Now this afternoon they blocked all my services, I'm stuck at work and need to contact them but can't as I can't call them. Every number I try it just goes round in circles then hangs up on me before speaking to a person as due to my unpaid bill it won't connect me. So I can't speak to them to remove the block they promised wouldn't happen, as I'm blocked. I have no internet connection her either so can't use live chat. Any suggestions at all as I'm really desperate. Thanks.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
