My balance is over due but o2 owe me £300 that i pad in deposit which i yet to get back, can this not my my bill for a few months ?

You only get your deposit back after you've paid your bill on time and in full for 3 months.

If you have defaulted on payments, o2 will take the deposit money automatically to pay your bill.

You'll need to talk to payment management.

Unfortunately it does not work like that, the deposit is there to prove to O2 that you can and will pay your bills on time.

As you are now overdue, they will hold your deposit for a longer period.
