Terrible service. Got a new pay monthly phone that doesn't work proply. And when i ask in o2 shop to sort it out i get told to do it my self online. Also get told they cant swap my old o2 phone number to my new phone because old one is payg and new one is pay monthly so had to borrow a friends payg fo work. Its costing a small fortune.

You just need to call O2 to migrate your number.

@BoltonJohn If you bought the phone online and it's faulty it needs to be returned using the online returns process. You cannot return the phone in store.
