I want to raise a concern regarding the coverage at my new house. I am currently having to use my device outside because there is no coverage inside the house. I pay a high premium every month, I am not paying £664.00 to end the contract on the basis of your poor coverage. Can you assist with this as a matter of urgency please as I use my mobile network daily for work.

O2 will merely say that it isn't their fault you moved to an address with inadequate coverage

Obviously O2 will need to build new masts in these areas but that is not always possible with finding a site and are limited to all sorts of building regulations so not always easy to accomplish

I have to say though that O2 is very poor in so many areas, too many customers on too many masts throughout the UK

As @jonsie says, no network will guarantee you a signal. 

I suggest that you check the coverage maps for your new house and consider getting one or two PAYG SIMs to test alternative networks. 

You can argue with O2 about money in due course, but your initial priority has got to be to find a reliable service so that you can work.

If you have broadband in your new house then you need to get O2 to activate WiFi Calling on your account 

Once activated and set on your phone you will be able to make calls inside

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
