Awful data speeds for last 12 months.

I've been having data speed issues for at least 11 months. I've tried a new sim I'm now on a new phone phone and I still have the same issue. 2 to 3 bars 4G but struggling to achieve 3mb download speeds. I cannot stream youtube it's so slow. Try an EE sim and I can achieve 135mb download. I'm tied into a 100gb contract I took when getting my new sim (thinking I'd solve the problem) and now with a new phone the same issue. I cant find a way to contact O2 where do I go next?

Should have said the EE EE comment is just to show that the building isn't the issue.

Try 3g as it's usually faster in congested areas.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Status checker says no issues. The area isn't particularly congested and used to give great speeds. O2 are asking people not to ring if it isn't urgent and have suspended online chat. I did try Twitter but got a very polite, we're not interested just now try after Covid.
