hi.. i asked member of customer services regarding what prezzi if any us contract peeps get as only pay and go listed as far as i could see, she confirmed a £20 deduction if buying a new mobile which i hoped she would say as i am on contract but wanting to buy new phone.. when i order one does the discount auto apply or will the sale have to be wiv a sales person?..

Have you spoke to someone from live chat?

If so, have you saved the conversation?

I wouldn't buy a new phone without confirmation and proof.

Speak to CS via phone, best option and ask if you will get the £20 discount.

Or if you have to use live chat, definitely transcript the conversation to your email.

And it would have been all over these boards.

I have to agree with you, that's why I asked if she has any proof as if she doesn't she won't get the discount.

P.s. the payg promotion ended 24th december for the purchase of the handset.

If you do have the transcript I would raise a formal complaint
