Hi.

I have just joined O2 as part of my latest deal with Virgin. I received a new sim late last week and a PAC number to change the sim number to my old number and arranged with customer services that the changeover would happen yesterday (5 april).

 I have also received a welcolm email from O2 saying my monthly charge would be £10. (and this was the cost quoted by Virgin)

However I have also received an O2 bill for period to 3 april for £11.30. This is due to be taken in mid April.

Is this correct? Can someone explain.

Many Thanks

mark

@MarkGr

Your first bill is always a little higher as it takes in a few days up to your regular billing date.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
