Hi all,

Thanks for any help  - I'm an ex Virgin customer and as such have a "bolt on" discount. Will I retain this after the porcine increase? The figure quoted on my increase notification suggest s not. I've tried O2 chat / phone call with no reply.

Yes if you don't change tariff you will retain any discount
