Hello

I have had an iPad on contract with u since December, today when I got the iPad out to send emails the screen kept doing this.
Video sent.
How is this possible when it’s only 4 months old?? It looks like the touch has gone or something I have no idea why?
I have 4 phones and this iPad and this is the only one that’s experiencing touch issues in such short time.

Also I’m trying to purchase a Apple Watch aswell but I can’t do it online as I haven’t a Direct Debit set up
