Apple Music subscription offer

Hello because of my new purchase on apple products I received a text with a link to redeem 6 month free Apple Music, when I used the link it’s saying it’s already been used ?? 

on my subscriptions it’s not showing on my account.

I would go down 2 routes 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

 Contact Apple Support, as sometimes the Apple ID has an existing offer linked to it used or not...
