Hi,
I have ported my number from sky mobile to o2. This hasn't worked properly as on one can call me, it was just going to voicemail on my sky sim along with any text messages.
On the o2 sim with the ported number, I can make calls and use the data.
My sky sky sim is now showing no service. I’ve spoken to sky, they say my pac is still pending but o2 have full control of my number
what needs to be done to sort it out please? Resuests to the back office keep going in / escalation to another dept.
I can’t access anything, on line as my 2 step verification codes go to my phone number!!
Please help me…….

There is nothing at all we can do on this customer to customer forum, unfortunately with split ports it means the donor network have to do some work and it can take 5-14days for them to do it.
Other than that you will have to keep on at Customer Services.
