Annoyed with o2 paying for a contract I can't use

I have a samsung a20e on contract. My handset has stopped working for a week now. I've tried for 3 days and I cant get through on the phone or online.

My handset just point blank refuses to accept incoming calls or text messages. I'm missing calls every day. I know the a20e isn't an expensive phone bit it constantly crashes, takes a few minutes to open up my contacts list or any other app. Tried factory reset and everything else but no joy.

I'm now paying for a contract I can't you and o2 dont want to bother helping. Does anyone have advice before i contact my bank and report o2 for breach of contract.

Only O2 can help. They have a returns and repairs policy and have to adhere to it

@Ozaric Sounds like your problem is with the phone, not the network. Best thing to do is contact Samsung.
