Anonymous
Not applicable

This is not the first time being billed with such a high bill. After the last payment which was on the 23rd of December I sent a message to find out the belance. I was surprised when I saw 109 after 12 days. It just can't be there is definitely something wrong going on!!

Has anyone went through this before?

This is a link to all potentially high charge phone numbers, so if you are calling these regularly you could get high bills very quickly http://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/special-numbers

hi

Thanks for replying, but this what does (F) indicates?

I have seen the bellow, but still don't get it!

F - indicates that the call charge was fully paid for by your inclusive allowances
P - indicates that the price of this call was reduced by your call savings or inclusive allowances

F means the call or text was part of your allowance so nothing to pay.

P means the call or text is NOT part of your allowances and you have been charged for it.
