HI Last month I cancelled the amazon prime which came for 3 months free when I renewed my contract. Checking my most recent bill from o2 im still being charged for May through June £8.99 for Prime - I checked amazon and I am no longer prime member have not been since it expired. o2 should not be charging me for this. Any ideas how I can fix this? Im out of the country at the moment so cant call CS

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
