how can I get a text with allowance balances left on my account?

The text should just contain one word - Balance - send it to 21202 if you are on contract or 20202 if you are PAYG. I just tried and got an instant response.

Pay Monthly Customers can Text the word 'Balance' to 21202 or check in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

@optomism I believe if you text the word BALANCE to 21202 you can get your minutes and text balance but not your data.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

20202 is for PAYG accounts.

Yes, mins and texts only. You get directed to your MyO2 for data info.
