how can I get a text with allowance balances left on my account?

The text should just contain one word - Balance - send it to 21202 if you are on contract or 20202 if you are PAYG. I just tried and got an instant response.

Pay Monthly Customers can Text the word 'Balance' to 21202 or check in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

@optomism I believe if you text the word BALANCE to 21202 you can get your minutes and text balance but not your data.

Yes, mins and texts only. You get directed to your MyO2 for data info.

I had two of my children to send message 10 minutes ago but neither has received a response yet? Not sure if I have done something wrong?
