Hi there
Received monthly bill for December and the ‘airtime bill’ was £93.38!
The tariff is only supposed to be £12.31 a month for 500 Minutes, unlimited texts and 500 MB data. I have only gone over on the minutes but this is because some of the calls were charged - ones from the UK to
Mobiles.
(On top of this payment also for a device plan of £6 - not included in airtime bill / tariff)
Please can someone explain or help on this?! Thanks

@Anonymous Can you be more specific? When you say calls from the UK to mobiles, do you mean other mobiles within the UK, or mobiles in other countries? Have you been sending texts with photos or emojis? They will not be considered as within your allowance, but as MMS.

It seems like you have gone over your minutes allowance and made calls not covered by your allowance. I I'm not sure the tariff you are on but going over at around 45p/min will obviously be expensive.
