I have just signed a new contract - SIM only - at £14.00 per month yet you have sent me an SMS advising that £17.01 will be taken from my bank by DD. Why the difference please?

First payment includes usage before the bill was produced so will be higher than your agreed tariff

After this your bill will be #14 per month as per your contract
