You need to go into MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and payment details will allow you to change your bank details. O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.

This doesn't work unless you have an active account/SIM. I have an o2 account from a few years ago and it's got my old address. When I go through the sales process to order a new pay monthly some, it produces my old address so I can't continue. But I can't change the address until I order something. It's rediculous.

No old customers can come back unless they are still in the same address as before. What an over sight!

You need to use a different email address to register a new account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
