Adding a phone to my O2 if I can't receive texts

I need to add my phone to my o2 as I need a copy of a bill but my phone is broken so I can't receive texts for the code, is there another way of doing it?

If you need a copy of a bill you can use a laptop if you have one available and get the relevant one by following this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? 

Or you could call O2 and ask for a paper copy of the bill. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
