Activating my Amazon Prime and also getting my NHS Disc applied as it has been removed.

Can any one help?

 

I have been trying to get through to discuss activating my extra which is Amazon Prime after buying my son a new iPhone 14 before Christmas.  I am having extreme difficulty getting through to O2 over the chat function or over the phone to discuss this.  I keep getting an error message saying my session has timed out and to try again and I can't get past this, despite logging on and logging out and trying different devises, only to get the same error message.  Any one have this experience?

 

In addition my NHS loyalty hasn't been applied to two upgraded phones despite doing some nearly 2 years ago.  It was picked up by an O2 Sales Person offering me a better package with one of the phones on my account.  I can't get through to O2 to discuss this either?

 

Any help appreciated, getting pretty dissatisfied with O2 and thinking of paying off contracts and moving to another provider.  

 

I would be grateful for any advise,
