Hi, I have 2 mobiles connected to my MyO2 account. One of these numbers activated Disney+ 5mths ago. and has 1 free month left to run. I have now upgraded the 2nd number and wish to activate the disney+ extra for 6mths free. However when I click on the link to activate, I am being told I have to pay £5.99. Can anyone help me?

Try registering with a different email address, but otherwise call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Unfortunately I have tried both. Different email address doesn't work and I called 202 and after waiting 1 hour in a queue, gave up 😒

Can anyone else help? Has anyone got 2 x disney+ accounts (not profiles) through O2 on the same MyO2?
