Hi I’ve been charged for an account that i didnt ask for . Earlier last year I noticed that o2 was taking money from my account 7.38 per month I called o2  (for around four hours getting passed from person to person ) but they couldn’t tell me any thing about it , so I canceled the standing order at the bank  and I got a letter saying i was being taking to court for non payment of this bill    ( that’s were i got the acc number above ) i again I spoke to a o2 operater she couldn’t tell me anything because I count supply a security question  ( for the account  I don’t have ). all she could do was refer  me to the fraud department ,  so what can i do about this up to now its cost me about 120 pounds and a court threat
