I have two SIM's on my account, one for my phone and one for my tablet.  I have recently merged these two SIMs onto a single account which I pay monthly by direct debit.  When I got O2 to merge these accounts I was told that I would be eligible for a 20% discount on the SIM charge on my tablet and that I should contact O2 on 5th October to claim this discount.

Please could you arrange this discount.

You will need to get in touch with customer services to get any changes made to your account.
