I changed tariff yesterday. Now I have messages about ‘my order’ and texts about ‘accessories in the post’ that need to be signed for. As far as I know, I only agreed to change tariff. What are these things coming via post? Any ideas?

Thanks - turns out it’s something to do with a Disney offer!

@IreneK Probably best to call customer service to clarify things and make sure you aren't being charged for something you didn't order. Below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Edit: Other numbers to call are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you will probably be disconnected.

@IreneK

Probably just a new sim card which you won't need if your phone is staying the same, so just keep it as a spare.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
