6month sim only to contract phone

I’ve been on my sim only now nearly 6months it’s saying I can up grade in 1month and so many days to handset has any one been able to get handset of them after 6months even with bad credit

O2 will make the final decision. However if your My O2 is showing you can upgrade in just over a month then you must have been paying your sim only tariff on time. Taking out a sim only tariff is the best way to improve your credit rating. Plenty of people have done this before you. You should be ok.
