I have been on hold with O2 customer service for 5 hours (202) is this normal and has anyone any other ideas on how to speak to a real boy?

Never hold on the phone for 5 hours, as it means you have fallen out of the queue, the only thing to do is hang up and call again (HUCA) and you may speak to a man or a woman, o2 dont employ children..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
