4g abroad

My iPhone 13 pro is telling me to switch on data Roaming but it is already on.

it can’t find 4G because of this

Not sure where you have travelled to @AndrewB but not everywhere has 4G. If the phone is working ok with 3G then leave it as it is. You could check your network settings though and see if you can get 4G.

Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Fraud.

Struggling too pay and phone was robbed
