I have only been a paymonthly customer for just under a month and I have been billed £4.50 3x for MAD4MOBILE which I've never ever heard of but it's on my 02 bill, has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix this without having to cancel my 02 aggrement? Thanks

You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
