I'll try wink Enhanced 3G will be available to everyone with a phone capable of receiving 3G ie, all smartphones and most of the other phones on the market. This will be capable of download speeds in excess of those currently offered by EE's 4G network. 4G is still in it's infancy and is not widely available. The spectrum used by EE is also not going to give very good indoor 4G coverage. When the 4G auctions run next year, O2 and the other networks will be able to utilise the part of the spectrum which "should" give better coverage both indoors and outdoors and will be compatible with other European countries. This is when you will see a rush of new phones with 4G capability. Hope this helps....?
