I have an account with O2 have had for years, I use the phone for my work and claim back my airtime bill from my company. I, 3 months ago, got my son a phone and wanted to pay this out of the same bank account, with two seperate bills. However I now have both phones on my account and showing as one bill, making it awkward to claim my phone airtime tariff as I now have two on the one bill, it shows £63.97 instead of my normal monthly of £31.42. No one seems to want to help me get this seperated out. HELP

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
