£15 gone, can't understand why

I put £15 p-a-go on 24/10/12. I've only made a couple of calls and my credit is all gone.

 

I'm trying to find how my credits have been used, but I can't get anywhere online.

If your on a smartphone like the iPhone etc this has apps that continue to work in the background etc.

02 will be able to tell you when the Internet was accessed and say how my data was downloaded.

Also does anyone else have access to your phone that could have used it to make calls etc.

Also make sure your on a tariff with data included as the cost per day of £1 soon adds up !

Call 4445 on your 02 phone if you have £0.25 credit.

you could just turn mobile data off & use wifi when available
