Hi,

I am thinking of getting a Galaxy Z Fold 2 but not sure about it.

I am slightly confused about the way O2 does cancellation and change of mind within 14 days.

Please could someone confirm to me that I could if I changed my mind return the phone and cancel both the credit for the phone and airtime associated within 14 days?

Thanks!

Hi @Spinstorm

Yes you can. The change of mind policy is here

Hope that helps and welcome to the forum Welcome

I'd love to hear if you end up getting the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and how you like it! Interesting device! thumbsup

If I wanted to cancel a new order could I refuse the delivery so it goes back and automatically is cancelled?
Thanks

@Spinstorm

You can refuse at doorstep.

However with the current crisis ongoing, not something I would recommend.

It would be better to accept it and take responsibilty for it's return by getting proof of postage etc.

With doorstep refusal, there have been one or two people over the past couple of months who have had difficulties when trying to track the return of the phone to the warehouse, due to limited staff working.

However, it's entirely up to you.
