As we always advise, never take out a new contract from a cold caller.

What how come the advisor asked me how I was getting on with my current contract which he knew I was on asked me if I wanted to go on a lower GB sim only contract,
Although iif I want to alter my contract I always ring 202 to see what they can offer me.

@ste064 As @jonsie has said, NEVER agree to anything from a cold caller. Don't speak to them, and block the number.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Just never agree to anything from a cold caller @ste064. It's been said many times before, though it doesn't hurt to reiterate it.
