0800 calls itemisation

I'm a pay monthly customer.

I am currently in dispute with BT Internet and need to retrieve details of phone calls, time on call, dates etc.to their 0800 number. 0800 numbers are not normally itemised on 02 bills for safeguarding reasons as far as I know.

How can I access details of 0800 calls that I have made from my o2 phone?

I'm fairly certain you can't but try customer services.

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

@CT1 The call log on your phone would probably be the only record of any 0800 calls you've made.
