I recently purchased an iPhone 5S and was told by the 02 employer I am eligible for the 02 Open scheme. I was told I could get 30% off but ere do I find my discount code from? Thanks

I believe this can only be applied in an 02 store on an o2 refresh which is available for all handsets from the 1/2/14 if you meet the criteria.

Use NHS. If it still doesnt work then try it from the browser on your mobile phone.
