Hi, tried today to redeem my free gift from 02 but after entering my code it goes to a pick your gift screen but it stays blank and I cant select any gift on screen

Try using a different browser as sometimes certain browsers can play up. 

If that doesn't help, give customer service a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Hi, thanks for the replies i have tried contacting kondor on the link provided and 02 numerous times to which I have had no results from either.. pretty shocking to be honest, why offer a 'free gift' and it not be redeemable

yes have code website not loading and over 14 days

 

I'm able to enter code the next screen says Take your pick but thats all thats on the page nothing to pick
