I asked someone to top up 10 pounds for my 02 number while I am abroad.

How can I use data from the Big Bundle, it says I have 2 Gb ,but in reality internet is not connecting at all.

If you are abroad in the EU you can use your bundle data, but outside of the EU you can’t.
If you are in the EU you need to contact customer service to have your account checked for the correct bolt ons and that international use is enabled.
If using an iPhone try changing your data apn to “mobile.o2.couk”

Thanks, I looked at your previous replies to Iphone users and checked my apn -(I have Motorola 3g and I am in Europe) it says - 02 mobile web - mobile.02.co.uk

how to contact customer service on the webpage which doesn't give such chance?

If you have wifi, use live chat off this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I suspect you have an international data bar on your account.

Thanks for welcoming me in this community))) - I am passionate about communities and cooperatives.

But in this case - I am saddened to say that there is no way to reach 02 customer service from Cyprus( that is where I am at the moment), and it looks that 10 pounds was complete waste of money.

I feel helpless and cheated, once again, by a corporation which doesn't have a human representative to talk with me.

Be well, guys and girls)))

@Marjo can you get the details for customer service to be able to check for a bar?

Hi, everyone!

Today i intuitevely changed my apn to payasyougo setting and ... it worked!

Thanks everybody who was ready to help me to sort things out.

One more thing - I did call the customer service number from my skype and no command worked on the dial pad.

So the good thing is, that we are left to use our own intuition and imagination to what could work when we are stuck.

All kind thoughts,

Gala1
