I have had a monthly account with o2 for more than 15 years, but I recently took out a pay as you go sim in addition to my monthly account,  for emergencies during the current crisis. I topped it up with £10 on March 10th didn't use it but my balance is now showing Zero, do O2 operate a use it or loose it policy?
