i have been your loyal customer and have a contract with O2 for many years (without a phone deal). Now I would like to stop my contract (As the contract states that I have to inform you a month before I leave) and change to the O2 pay as you go plan.

Question : Is there anything I need to do with sim card and phone number? Will it automatically update after my contract stops and will I be able to buy a bundle from pay as you go from then on?

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

How to do that here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
