Hi, I recently discovered new family members following a bereavement.  One of them keeps asking through one of his siblings, via e-mail, for my mobile number.  He is currently residing at Her Majesty's pleasure.  I dont want to give him my only mobile number, and have a spare handset.  How do I go about getting a "pay as you go" sim that I can use just for incoming calls.  I dont want to have to keep putting money on it every month, as in top ups, cos I wont be making any calls on it.  This way I can give him my number and get to know him without risk.

any ideas

You'll need to top it up to activate it and then at least once evry 6 months.

Order one from here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go

The £5 bundle is probably best.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
