Hy dos,e anyone know how to change the info o2 has as i have a new phone and it still shows my old phone in the detail on my account.

You can't change it yourself.
It should update automatically in a couple of days, but if not, call customer services to do it for you http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

one of my phones was purchased overseas and has never shown in My o2, always shows as unknown. Give it a few days then call customer service if it doesn't change.

Mine isn't showing in My Device @Poppysmum. There again, I don't expect it to show as I bought mine from Amazon and just put the old sim in it....:smileywink:

However, my Note 4 showed in there and I didn't get that from O2 either....Confused
