I got a new phone Yesterday and the assistant asked me to sign this form to give permission so they could use thiere software to move my contacts form old to new phone anyone can tell me the name of the software please.

The staff in O2 would just be using software to back up and then move your contacts to your new phone.

It depends on the make of phone as to the software used.

Actually never heard of signing a form. They just ask & I say yes. One less thing for me to do
