Contact O2 but better to call in an O2 shop with Photo ID

Quickest and easiest option is to call in your nearest O2 store with some photo ID. They will arrange the swap for you.

Or call customer service - but note your existing SIM, unusable as it is, will be blocked when they send you a new one, which can take a bit of hassle to get unbarred after you receive it.

Note you will need the serial number off the old SIM to do the SIM swap, so keep it handy.
