claim allowances

In my O2 account as a pay as a go say that i  have 2989 O2 texts and 12000 minutes of O2 calls and 0.0MB of data left.

 How can i claim that to my phone?

That is already available for you to use, you don't need to claim it.

Only the numbers in the link I gave you above are included.

International numbers, short codes or premium rate calls are chargeable.
