my calls nor text messages work and i topped up yesterday. My calls fail, data doesn’t work and texts don’t send. is there a resolution?

Have you turned the phone off and back on again? If that fails you need to contact O2. Borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype.

Thankyou, i’ve turned my phone on and off many times yet not change, i changed my sim card yesterday as my contract ended so i chose to pay as you go so i received my text calls and data but none of them work so i may just have to constant 02.
