Please can anyone explain why I can add a bolt on on MY O2 but cannot remove it without going through customer service?

Thanks

Diane

Some bolt-ons can be done both ways online, @diane1  - one of the Family ones, where 5 numbers are in a Family Group (Your Family, I think it is called) can be done on-line no problem.

In some circumstances, the bolt-on needs someone on the O2 side to make the change, so a call to CS (rather than the on-line chat) is necessary.

You make a good point, I've not thought about it, as I don't tend to fiddle with my bolt-ons too often.

Not sure about others though - which one were you having bother with, specifically?

I guess it's to make it difficult!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you.
It was an international call bolt on. I just can't see why if we can add things on we can't remove them ourself as well. It's like they make it easy to spend money but harder to reduce spending!
