abroad top-up problem

I'm abroad right now. I have a voucher code and got it for £10. I want to top up my line. When I call 4444 it rings busy and when I dial *111*# it gives an error like UNKNOWN TRANSACTION. How can I solve the problem?

Rolling plan

I paid for a £15 rolling plan and a device, both of which I picked up as a click and collect. However, when I sign in to My O2, it stays that I don't have any credit and that I need to pay the £15 again. I have a copy of my receipt. How do I fix this...

Least Uncle Turpin wore a mask! Is it right o2 charges 15p for a 60110 shortcode text ? (My other sim didn’t allow shortcodes so o2 the only sim in town for a long while!)
