Had a text off 02 to get 1gb data and 100 mins for 14 days for £1, to text surfplus to 2424. Have done this. Text comes back as not sent. Have sent a standard text to a friend and it works fine. Any answers please thanks.

I received a sim pack that details a Data Boost offer on rolling plans, 70gb instead of 25gb for £15 a month if activated by 28 Dec 2022, however, this offer isn't shown in my account when selecting tariffs. How do I get the extra data?
