hi, i get balance notifications every single time i send a text and make a phone call, it is beyond annoying! i rang up customer service but they said i could not disable the notifications! is there any other way i can disable them?

You need to ask customer service to turn off balance notifications

They can disable them so hopefully get through to someone who knows what he is doing
