Why I am not getting X3 data?

I ordered a pay as you go SIM from O2 website for £10 data big bundle. The SIM was delivered and its package also advertise X3 data. I charged and activated SIM. £10 was automatically deduced to start 30day tariff.
Why i got only 6Gb instead of 18Gb? I tried send text '3XDATA' to 2424 but not successful. I am first user: I made first entry to UK a few days ago. This is really frustrated...

Your extra data is used first before the standard 6gb.

As it's only temporary you may see it as a bolt on Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?

After writing this here, the rest of 12Gb is charged.. nearly 33 hours after activation
